Mental Health First Aid

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is a training program designed to equip individuals with the skills and knowledge needed to provide initial assistance to someone experiencing a mental health crisis or struggling with mental health challenges. MHFA helps break down the stigma surrounding mental health issues by fostering open conversations and promoting understanding. Training will guide individuals to recognize the signs of mental health problems, creating a more supportive and inclusive community.

Mental Health and Well-being in the Workplace

This 2 Day course has been developed to provide learners with the tools and knowledge on how to Supervise First Aid for Mental Health and Well-being within the workplace. This is equivalent to a Level 3 Award in Supervising First Aid for Mental Health.


Workplace Mental Health

Accredited by FAIB, this one-day course is a 6.5 hour session to raise awareness of mental health within the workplace. This is equivalent to a Level 2 Award in First Aid for Mental Health.


Mental Health Awareness

Accredited by FAIB, this half day course is an introductory 4-hour session to raise awareness of mental health within the workplace. This is the equivalent to a Level 1 Award in Awareness of First Aid for Mental Health.
