First Aid

First Aid is an important part of a Health and Safety strategy for any organisation. The Health and Safety (First Aid) Regulations 1981 require all employers to carry out a detailed risk assessment to ensure that they have adequate first aid facilities should they be needed.

Mental Health First Aid

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is a training program designed to equip individuals with the skills and knowledge needed to provide initial assistance to someone experiencing a mental health crisis or struggling with mental health challenges. MHFA helps break down the stigma surrounding mental health issues by fostering open conversations and promoting understanding. Training will guide individuals to recognize the signs of mental health problems, creating a more supportive and inclusive community.

Fire Safety

The Fire Safety course gives candidates an insight into the Fire Regulations and an overall knowledge into Fire Safety and Awareness. Interesting and relevant, with the opportunity for live fire and fire extinguisher training (where facilities exist), this course has proven to be very popular, both across the UK and abroad, due to the fact that it can be tailored to suit any business or trade.

IOSH

IOSH Accredited Health and Safety Training is widely known for its high-impact, easy to understand learning material. The IOSH candidate is offered the opportunity to explore a wide range of subjects as detailed in the individual course content. In addition, we can tailor the IOSH course that you choose to suit your unique needs.

Open Courses

As well as in-house courses, RB Health and Safety also run Paediatric First Aid and the IOSH Managing and Working Safely for Theatre and Production courses as open events, which you can book online.

eLearning

In addition to face-to-face training we now also offer eLearning courses which are relevant to you and your business and can be taken whenever suits you. The eLearning courses cover a wide range of topics including Health and Safety training on Fire Safety, Safe Lifting and Control of Substances Hazardous to Health to important key skills training on Mental Wellbeing at Work and Time Management (Time to Manage Time) developed with our partners Wentworth Training.
